| Mail statistics analysis iMail |
This Domino application lets you aggegate many information concerning you Domino mail system. Entirely developed by [In://ForM] this application lets you record all incoming and outgoing mails. A monthly report aggregates per month and per server the following information:
- Number of messages(Internals and received from the Internet)
- Messages size
- Number of recipients
- Number of attachments
- Attachments size
- Message type (Alarm, Memo, NDR, Replies, Trace, Quota, Forwarding rules, recalls, etc...)
New with release 4.0:
- Users statistics (number of mail sent, received). All users are compiled (External and Internal users, Groups)
All the data is aggregated through a LotusScript agent that can be tailored to your needs. The Lotus-Notes code is not hidden. By default all documents are kept for seven days and computed based on the agent scheduling.
All messages are also recorded in the journal database and follow-up database with these fields:
- Sender name
- Messsage ID
- Receipt and posted Dates
- Domino server name
- Real message date
- Mail program
- Subject
- Recipients list (To, Bc,BCC, personal and public groups, etc....)
- Name and size of attachments
If you need more fields , iMail can record all fields, but that will have an impact on information storage. |
